Remodeling the Casa de Que Pasa

A simple double wide mobile home with a pop out on the living room.

New windows retrofitted the old sliders, and scissor trusses give the place a real roof

The bedroom was popped out to match the living room pop out, and the roof gained a nice double ridge line

The aluminum porch roof was removed, and beams installed to carry a continuation of the roof. Foam insulation is put over old siding.

The foam is covered in stucco, and the little house has a whole new look.

The old porch was removed, and a new one built in its place

Redwood gives the front porch a rich new feel. We replaced the front door as well.

Not quite as humble, it is still our home.
